Leaderboard Highlights
It has been three weeks since our last newsletter, and rankings remained unchanged until today. However, we noticed that a few members have experienced point drops, likely due to prolonged inactivity.
Starting later this month, we will begin monitoring the top 50 members for negative point gains. If your point gain is negative, you may be removed from the top 50 to allow active members to move up more quickly. Once removed, you will need to study hard to reclaim your spot on the leaderboard—so keep studying daily to hold your rank!
What's New:
- Inactivity Prompts: You may have noticed a new popup asking if you are still studying when inactive for a period. You must click Continue to keep earning time-spent points.
- Content Page Points: Reward points can now only be earned on actual content pages. Points will not accumulate on menu pages or homepages. This ensures our Points-Based Reward system remains fair and accurately rewards genuine study time.
- New Website Logos: Check out our new logos updated last week! You can find them at the top left of the homepages on both rong-chang.com and eslfast.com.

Login Issues:
We've received a few emails regarding login confusion between our sister sites, eslfast.com and rong-chang.com. Please note that account logins are managed through eslfast.com. The login button on rong-chang.com simply redirects you there. Once logged into eslfast.com, navigating to rong-chang.com via the provided links will keep you logged in on both sites. If you ever appear logged out on either site, simply log back in once directly from that page.
Password Reset Emails:
A member reported not receiving password reset emails. We tested the system and verified that automated emails are sending normally. If you request a password reset, please check your Junk / Spam folder. Once reset, return to the homepage to log in with your new password.
