42. Going to a Baseball Game

George and his dad drove to the baseball stadium to watch a game. They arrived early, bought hot dogs and popcorn, and found their seats. As the game started, George cheered for his favorite team and players. His dad explained the rules. George asked questions. The game went back and forth with both teams scoring points. George clapped and shouted with excitement every time his team scored. Finally, George's team was up by one point. The crowd held its breath as the other team made a comeback attempt. But the home team's pitcher managed to strike out the last batter. The game ended in a victory for George's team. George was thrilled. He couldn't stop talking about the game on the way back home.
