Common New Year resolutions losing weight, getting good grades, spending less, and more. It is hard to achieve resolutions because can fall back into our old habits easily make excuses.

In December, gyms are almost empty. are sitting comfortably at home eating. Once it the new year, gyms are crowded with people to lose weight. Sadly, people will start losing and get lazy. Kathleen bought a year-long gym membership. She decided buy it for the entire year instead of by month as a way to stop herself canceling.
